Abstract: The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of e-CRM and Supply Chain Management Company of the
alloy Steel Plant. Hence, the nature of research applied and analysis method was used in the correlation and regression
analysis. The population of the 140 employees of the factory and sample number 80 was chosen. Data collection is a
questionnaire based on the e-SRM and component supply chain management has been developed and its validity has been
confirmed by scientific methods. The reliability with Cronbach's alpha coefficients of the first and second survey , respectively,
0.81 and 0.83 confirmed. The results of this study suggest that the e-SRM-alloy steel factory cease making good relationship
with suppliers, improved transport, improvements in production, improve customer service and overall supply chain
management can be improved.

Introduction
In this era of global competition, customer demand for high-quality, fast-increasing variety of products and services,
is caused increasing the pressure on organizations. That previously did not exist. (Tolouee and Associates, 1392) Intense global
competition is increasing and responds faster to customer demand led. (Pereira, et al., 2014)
Management, supply chain management as one of the main issues raised in any organization, Over the past 10 years
have seen rapid growth, especially in matters such as purchasing management, transportation management, warehouse
management and management of existing products under the covers.(Akbari & Zanjani, 2015)
Supply chain is an essential tool for any company to achieve the main objectives is to achieve commercial benefits.
The purpose of supply chain management, minimizing the total cost of the supply chain so as to maximize revenue from
customers, which is the act of collaboration with partners, Companies through closer relationships with others to achieve a
significant competitive advantage, and depending on how supply chain management can reduce the time and costs associated.
In a competitive environment, a good supply chain competitive advantage is very useful in enabling act. (Torabi and Zamani,
1392)
SCM refers to the concept of design, planning, execution, control, and monitoring of supply chain activities with the
objective of creating net value, building a competitive infrastructure, leveraging worldwide logistics, synchronizing supply
with demand and measuring performance globally.(Malhan, 2015)
The steel industry as one of the main sources of income and economic performance in the world and the country of
Iran is considered. Due to having a lot of potential in the development of the steel industry , steel industry supply chain of Iran
can better manage its significant step towards higher efficiency. This requires to have a good relationships is in the supply
chain ,that management of relationships with suppliers in the electronics is one of the latest policies to improve the supply
chain relationships.
Relations between the organization and its suppliers, is vital to any organization . Suppliers can directly affect
financial performance and profitability of the company through the purchase activity and their influence on the cost of product
development, the inventories, production planning, just in time delivery of product and services. (Farhadi, 1392)
Many companies have realized that a worthwhile investment in this area can provide effective relationship
management. In recent years, companies have made investments in supply chain software that automates provisioning
processes do, improve delivery time and Business costs is show low. Supplier relationship management system looks for
providing a suitable framework for continuous assessment, development and selection of appropriate suppliers. With the
advent of the Internet, e-business supply chain management are expected in organizational processes such as just in time order
management, status updates inventory, forecasting, pricing to be used.
